Training Course “Ready to Start”
WHAT?
“Ready to Start” is a training course designed to provide volunteers and operators of youth associations with the theoretical knowledge, methods, tools, and practical experience necessary to become competent facilitators of groups within the Erasmus+ program.
Each day of activities is designed with the aim of achieving a specific goal, utilizing a range of non-formal methods that are selected to meet the learning needs of all participants. These methods are intended to develop specific skills in group facilitation, in line with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program. The proposed training path is structured to include various phases, which are adapted according to the needs of each specific activity. These phases include:
the practical experience of the activity;
in-depth theoretical exploration and relevant literature to support the activity;
a clear definition of the activity's objective;
a critical reflection on the activity carried out.
WHO?
Aged 18-24
Be eager to learn and improve their skills in group facilitation, with a desire to become facilitators of Erasmus+ groups.
Participants must be willing to organize workshops in their local communities after the course and contribute to a digital collection of training resources to help other youth workers.
Have a valid European Health Insurance Card

There is a 20€ participation fee for the sending organisation. All the costs are covered by Erasmus+. Travel reimbursement is up to 275€ per person.
